How to Become a Member of Grace Bible Church
Becoming a member of anything is making a commitment to be a part of the whole, accepting responsibility and vowing to a level of participation. As such, becoming a member of any particular church body is a serious decision to make. It should be carefully considered from all perspectives. Grace Bible Church has a doctrine, a constitution with by-laws and a governance that is readily available for your viewing and discussion. To be a member these are important items to understand.
You can become a member of Grace Bible Church by the following process:

Come and "Experience Family" with us and find a level of commitment in Christ Jesus. Remember that Grace Bible Church does not require anyone to become a member to fellowship with us, take communion or to partake in any of our church activities.

Grace Bible Church has a doctrine, a constitution with by-laws and a governance that is readily available for your viewing and discussion. To be a member these are important items to understand.
You can become a member of Grace Bible Church by the following process:
- Attend services at least three times in a row, including the preaching, worship and discussion time.
- Ask to meet with the Elder/Deacon of your choice to make known your intention to be a member. Any member of the congregation can tell you who the elders and deacons are.
- The Elder/Deacon will go over with you any questions you might have. The following Sunday, with your permission and acceptance of our doctrine, constitution, by-laws and governance, we will then announce to the entire congregation your membership.
Being a member qualifies you for the following opportunities:
- A place to receive edification, support, spiritual growth, discipleship, mentoring, aide in times of crisis, Biblical education and a community of faith that is warm and embracing
- A place to give of your time, talents, resources, money, and be assured that all that you are is valued and appreciated.
- A place of authenticity and transparency where acceptance is the norm and tolerance is practiced.
- A place where you are held accountable to the faith in which you believe and are expected to grow in spiritual maturity.
- Spiritual needs such as marriage and funeral ceremonies, memorials, baby dedications, and prayers of faith.
